Can you guess what this is?
I asked this question to my friends on Facebook. The response I received was....An odd pineapple? Giant celery? Something scary? This my dear friends, is called a celeriac or celery root and is coming to a farmer's market near you.
Haha, those guesses are hilarious! I definitely see how someone could mistake celeriac for a giant celery or an odd pineapple—it does look pretty unique and a little intimidating at first! Celeriac is such an underrated vegetable; it's great to see it getting some spotlight. Looking forward to trying it at the farmer's market. Thanks for sharing and keeping us curious!
